Abstract: The survey was designed to collect reproductive health information from a representative sample of reproductive-age women throughout Azerbaijan. The questionnaire covered a wide variety of topics related to reproductive health for all women regardless of marital status and included questions on family life education and sexual behavior for women aged 15-24 as well as questions on the nutritional status of women and their children.
